Replace broken part

Smoker will not heat

I have written you 2 times before 2 year old 40inch glass door master built smoker never been wet or damaged. Stores in garage. Will not get over 100% old school customer trying to get my unit to work or replaced had one before and you replaced it after pic of cut cord sent. Very loyal Customer just wanting to get what I payed for

Smoker not working

I bought a 40 inch masterbuilt smoker two years ago. The one with glass door worked great till last week. Cant get temp over 100%. Sores in garage never been wet or damaged misplaced receipt over 2 years I had trouble with one before and you replaced it after I sent pics with cord cut. Old school customer just trying to get my unit replaced. Thank you. God Bless

Fees charged to get support

ASK question then had to Pay $1.00 fee to join then$37.00 but can cancel. As soon as I saw that they had debited my account the $1.00 then$37.00 I called and cancelled but they didn't refund the $37.00 in which I cancelled within 15 mins of the transaction. Masterbuilt should refund the $37.00!!! What a rip off.

User's recommendation: Don't fall in that trap.

No help at all. Customer service is nonexistent. Chat line doesn’t work. No phone number to talk to representative.

See above. Absolutely no customer service. Chat doesnt work, no phone number that you can talk to someone, no email. Same as most companies these days.

My Turkey fryer will not turn on

Butterball electric fryer will come on and my Thanksgiving is ruined. This is the second time this has happened. Your product is horrible and will never recommend or buy another product you make.

I miss place the cord to it and need another. I need it before thanksgiving I am tried to use it for frying my turkey
