Purchased a smoker for my husband for Christmas. The hinge on the bottom door is not right and the door won't close properly. Did the online thing 3 times. Spent 5 hours over 3 days holding, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Finally spoke to someone and she insisted the hinge on the top door was defective and said she would send a new one. There are no photos of the top door. It's the bottom, but I cant get through to anyone to tell them.

first smoker only got to 200 degrees. they had me switch out a few controllers and power supplies still didnt work. sent me a brand new unit and it had the same problem. no they wont return my email or phone calls.

I got a smoker from Amazon the least expensive one. I had never smoked anything before and my cousin kept telling me how good the meat is. Im very sad that i didnt get the most expensive because of its better than this one its got to be awesome.

andThey dont answer your phone call to help you with anything. All you get is a *** recording and then they hang up on you. Im never referring anyone to their products. Im changing to a new brand.

Exactly what happened with mine been on hold for a total of 6 hours, tried the * key to be put on call back list twice neither time got a call back. Once talked to a lady who said that a new part would ship and I would get a email with tracking details once shipped.

She state it would go our on Monday. That was three mondays ago and nothing?

I then recently got an email stating my order was processed and would ship in a few days and I would get a tracking number. Well that has been over a week and nothing.

Bought a 140 s smoker and the remote dont work ! Wasnt real worried about it but when I spend a half hour listening to a recording telling me how important I am then basically get hung up on that pissed me off ! Now I for sure want it replaced !

I have tried daily for three weeks to connect with them. Mailboxes are always full. They must have a second set of numbers for clients. Also, I finally did get an email response wanting answers to two questions. The answers were in my original email, but I extracted them and sent them a return email. That return address could not receive emails. So I copied the other email address. Same results. They do not seem to have any interest in customer service. While they make BIG about their faith and values, they make little of actually standing behind their products. STEER CLEAR.

After I did this review, I was contacted by the company and able to order my part.

I wanted to buy a part that was not available on their website. I called them and was on hold in the queue for over an hour. I gave up and I emailed them and I got an automated reply directing me to use their form. I did that and got an automated reply assigning a case number and indicating I would be contacted in two days. Six days later I called again and got lost in an automatic gatekeeper system telling me to reply to the automatically generated email with the case number. I did that and the email bounced back. I called again and was put on hold in the queue again. It's now been a week and I can't get this company to sell me a part for my broken smoker. Clearly they don't want my money????
