Masterbuilt - Contacted the company for resolution and they essentially offered me an electric smoker of theirs that is comparable in price and implied I shouldn't be around a propane smoker.

Why is there no way to contact customer support? The email addresd i tried to send came back as not found...no phone num to talk to someone...some of us arent computer/internet smart...i want to talk to a live person

Sent damaged replacement parts

I bought a smoker used it a couple times and the paint is peeling off. After 4 months of waiting and I was not able to use my disabled smoker, because they had me cut the power cord, I received the replacement part and it was damaged. So now again, I had to cut the power cord and send pictures for a replacement. I also have to keep both of the disabled smokers until another replacement arrives. I asked when I could expect the replacement and they have no idea how long it will take. It says it's under warranty, but their warranty is deceitful.

User's recommendation: Maybe check out a different brand.

Smoker fan not turning on

Fan on smoker is not working which is causing the grill to not reach temp. I have tightened all latches and added slips of paper where the sensors are to insure that the lids are all closed properly but still nothing. I'm not sure what I can do to get the fan to start. I purchased the masterbuilt gravity 800 on March 6th with an extended warranty through Walmart. I have contacted Walmart but they will not replace the item and was told to contact customer service of the manufacturer. Smoker fan not turning on

I just recently bought a masterbuilt 800 and I have used it maybe 7-10 times. The fab is not working which is causing the smoker to not get up to temp. The smoker is under warranty and I'm trying to see what I can do to fix the problem. I've tightened all latches and added a slip of paper where the sensor is to insure that they are fully closed and still nothing. New grill not working

Put grill together and used it once, now I have no power at all. Garage kept 1 week old and checked my outlet for power etc. power cord is in and plugged in etc no power at all

Dissatisfied

My smoker is full of mold and cannot talk to a live agent, and if you want to chat with someone about your issues they want to to charge the consumer. This company should close forever in my opinion.

Bad customer service

I will trash Masterbuilts name to anyone I possibly can because it's under full warranty and can't get someone on the phone. Website doesn't work either.

I cannot see the temperature numbers for the time and numbers I bought my smoke up about a year ago

Parts issue

2 months later my water pan rusted out on my smoker. I called Master built and the representative could not help or refer me to another department. I had to purchase a new item and still waiting a week later to receive my part.....

User's recommendation: Just by another part, don't wait to hear from customer service.

Smoker sucks

Brand new, 2nd time using. Piece of *** will not work! 1st, thinks it 300 inside so it wont heat. Reset that, started to work and now error code 1. I guess it thinks it cold out. Its currently 77 outside and hasnt dropped below 65 since I've owned it. (Less than 1 month)
